FIISM Module 1 Registration

To attend a FIISM Workshop and obtain CME credit, please complete the registration process. The cost of registration is $1,795 until October 31st after which point registration for the workshop will cost $2,500. You may register and pay for any number of attendees. Once registration is complete, you will receive an email with further instructions regarding proving the names of attendees.
