Introducing the Fellowship In Integrative Sports Medicine (FIISM) Program.
The Fellowship In Integrative Sports Medicine (FIISM) provides the content necessary for doctors to dramatically improve patient care through non-invasive, regenerative FIISM Protocols.
The FIISM course is designed for all doctors regardless of their specialty for the treatment, care and prevention of all chronic disease, disability and dysfunction as well as non-invasive treatments and protocols for numerous chronic pain patients and healthy, manageable weight-loss in obesity patients.
This Fellowship has been developed to combat the rising Pandemics of Metabolic Syndrome, Obesity, Type II Diabetes, Heart Disease and the over 60 other chronic diseases, disabilities and dysfunctions that have resulted from these Pandemics. Worldwide, Obesity rates are soaring among both adults and children and the repercussions to our people are horrendous. Because of these Pandemics, for the first time in their histories many countries are reporting decreasing life-expectancies. Already in the U.S.A. the life-expectancy is dropping 1.5 years for younger generations. The human toll will not only decrease the quantity of life, but we are already seeing a tremendous decrease in the quality of life for large segments of the population plagued by chronic disorders.
The current focus of many in the medical community has been to treat the symptoms with drugs, surgeries and other modalities that have had little or no effect on the underlying cause of these disorders. The focus in this Fellowship will be on the cause!
The FIISM Program is offered worldwide and is an approved course for Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits through the Medical Education Consortium. View the Approval letter. Currently scheduled workshops present Module one of the FIISM Program and is worth up to 25.5 CME Credits. The FIISM Program is designed for doctors regardless of specialty, who want to expand their Scope of Practice to include the newest and best available non-invasive Evidence Based Medicine Protocols for improved patient care. Doctors may invite nurses and health-care providers they will involve in the FIISM Process.
